
Kyle Naughton, a former Tottenham starlet, has been released by Swansea City, leaving him without a club. The veteran full-back played for the South Wales club since 2015 and made 26 appearances for the Swans this season. Head coach Russell Martin confirmed that Naughton, along with Ryan Madding and Joel Latibeaudiere, would all leave at the end of the season. Naughton made 285 appearances for Swansea after joining them from Spurs in 2015. Before joining Swansea, Naughton made 75 appearances for Spurs. It is not yet known which club Naughton will join. Swansea fans paid tribute to the departing player on Twitter, with many praising his professionalism and consistency.
