Manchester United approach Roma over Leonardo Spinazzola transfer as Luke Shaw replacement

Manchester United have approached Roma over the signing of full-back Leonardo Spinazzola as they seek an emergency replacement for Luke Shaw. The England international is set to miss the next two months of action after suffering a muscular injury.

It comes at the worst possible time for United, who are also without Tyrell Malacia. United have quickly scoured the market for replacements and have made approaches for the likes of Marcos Alonso, Marc Cuccurella and Sergio Reguillon.
