Leeds United have had two consecutive home defeats and have conceded 11 goals in two games, the most of any team in the Premier League this April. This is a stark contrast to the amount of goals conceded in January, February and March combined. Leeds are still two points above the relegation zone, but with manager Gracia’s record standing at three wins, one draw and five defeats since he replaced Jesse Marsch in February, there is cause for concern.
Our Leeds fan writer A’donis Storr believes that Leeds must play to their strengths – attacking with youth and pace – in order to avoid relegation. Former Whites goalkeeper Paul Robinson also had his say on BBC Radio 5 Live’s Monday Night Club, expressing his concern that Leeds are out of their depth and lack any ideas when it comes to defending.
The fans have also had their say, with many believing that Leeds must be much braver in their tactics and pick up at least four points from the next two games against Fulham and Leicester. Others believe that Leeds have the quality to stay up, but need to pick themselves up from some terrible home results.
