Chris Kirk Emerges Victorious at The Sentry PGA Tour Season Opener
In a thrilling and low-scoring birdie fest in Hawaii, Chris Kirk, a 38-year-old veteran golfer, showcased his skills and held off a star-studded field to win The Sentry, the opening event of the PGA Tour season. Despite being ranked 52nd in the Official World Golf Ranking, Kirk has consistently performed well over the past two years. He qualified for the BMW Championship, an exclusive event for the top 50 players in the FedEx Cup standings, in both 2019 and 2020. Last August, he narrowly missed out on a spot in the Tour Championship, finishing 31st.
