Fulham midfielder Andreas Pereira and defender Tim Ream will both have surgery on their respective injuries. Pereira suffered a broken ankle after an accidental clash with City defender Manuel Akanji, while Ream, 35, broke his right arm in the same game. According to a Fulham statement, Ream is expected to be fit for when the squad returns for pre-season. Meanwhile, Brazilian Pereira is expected back “later in the year” following his surgery and rehabilitation.
