WORLD Cup hero Mister Geoff Hurst roared around the Lionesses in front of tonight’s Norway semi-final — declaring: “The whole nation is rooting for the women.”
With England’s women one game from the Euros showdown against France or old enemy Germany, he added: “Hopefully they are able to win it at Wembley like we did in 1966.”
Mister Geoff, 80, who famously hit a hat-trick against West Germany for the reason that game, stated he’s been won over by our stars’ skill and fighting spirit.
