West Ham chairman David Sullivan has confirmed that the club will allow Declan Rice to leave this summer, with Arsenal and Manchester United both reportedly preparing moves for the midfielder. The Sun reports that West Ham are looking to demand a Premier League record transfer fee for Rice, with a fee in excess of £100m being sought. Chelsea have a long-standing interest in Rice, but it is understood that the England international is keen to join a club who are in the Champions League. Sullivan stated that the club offered Rice £200,000-a-week 18 months ago, but the midfielder turned it down, costing him £10m in lost wages. With Rice now set to leave West Ham this summer, the club will be searching for replacements.
