Vincent Kompany has once again declined to comment on speculation surrounding his future at Burnley, amid reports linking him to the vacant managerial position at Chelsea. The Belgian is reportedly on the Blues’ shortlist of potential candidates, alongside Mauricio Pochettino and Ange Postecoglou. Kompany recently led Burnley to promotion back to the Premier League and has caught the attention of many with his impressive performance this season. However, the 37-year-old refused to be drawn on the rumours, stating that he is solely focused on winning football matches. He also praised Burnley’s infrastructure and talent, insisting that he made the right decision in joining the club.
