Viktor Gyokeres Joins Top Agency Used by Man Utd and Barca Stars, West Ham Lead Transfer Race for Coventry Ace

Date:

Viktor Gyokeres, Coventry City’s top scorer, has recently signed with renowned agent Hasan Cetinkaya. The 24-year-old Sweden forward has left Nordic Sky agency to work with Cetinkaya, a retired midfielder with high-profile clients at top clubs such as Barcelona and Manchester United.

Coventry City, who are currently in the second-tier league, are pushing for promotion, but if they fail to go up, Gyokeres may leave the club this summer. West Ham is reportedly the front-runner for his signature, but other Premier League and European clubs are also interested in him.

West Ham boss David Moyes has been keeping a close eye on the striker and even took a solo trip to watch him play a few weeks ago. The Hammers may need to sign at least two new forwards when the summer transfer window opens, as Michail Antonio, who has less than 18 months remaining on his current contract, could leave at the end of the season with Everton known to be interested. Gianluca Scamacca is also yet to find his feet in London, so he could be heading for a move away.

Currently sitting 19th in the Premier League table, West Ham is in huge danger of relegation to the Championship. Moyes reportedly fears that he could be sacked by West Ham chiefs if the club does not win against fellow relegation candidates Southampton on Sunday.

Gyokeres’ decision to sign with Cetinkaya is a significant move for the young forward. Cetinkaya is known for representing some of the biggest names in football, including Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Henrikh Mkhitaryan, and Arda Turan. With Cetinkaya’s connections and expertise, Gyokeres could potentially secure a move to a top club in the near future.

Coventry City fans will undoubtedly be disappointed if Gyokeres decides to leave the club, but they can take comfort in the fact that he has been a vital player for them this season. With 19 goals to his name, Gyokeres has been instrumental in their push for promotion. However, if he does leave, Coventry City will need to find a suitable replacement quickly.

Overall, Gyokeres’ decision to sign with Cetinkaya is a significant move for his career. With interest from several top clubs, he could potentially secure a move to a higher level in the near future. As for Coventry City, they will need to prepare for the possibility of losing their top scorer and find a way to replace him if he does leave.
