According to talkSPORT, Tottenham Hotspur are open to offers for midfielder Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg this summer. The Denmark international joined Spurs in 2020 after impressing at Southampton. Hojbjerg started in 35 of Spurs’ 38 Premier League matches this season, making him a reliable asset in the middle of the pitch. However, with new boss Ange Postecoglou unable to guarantee him a starting spot, Spurs are willing to listen to offers for the player. Hojbjerg has two years remaining on his current deal at the club, making a summer departure likely.
Spurs are expected to be active in the transfer market ahead of next season, with the arrival of Postecoglou. David Raya is reportedly pushing for a move from Brentford to Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. Spurs have also opened talks with Leicester for James Maddison following their relegation from the Premier League. Additionally, they are said to be plotting a move for Jadon Sancho amid his struggles at Manchester United.
