‘Tottenham managers fell for this and that i paid’ – Gennaro Gattuso reveals on rejecting Spurs manager job

    GENNARO GATTUSO has opened up on how he nearly grew to become Tottenham manager.

    An Italian Man , denied claims he rejected using the Fiorentina job last summer time while he had a contract with Spurs.

    Gattuso suggests the speculation about him declining the La Viola job in the last second for any proceed to the Premier League has broken his status and were false.

    The 44-year-old now responsible for Valencia stated: “Everybody thought I’d left Fiorentina since i had been in complete agreement with Tottenham, however it didn’t happen like this.

    “Tottenham came later, then I didn’t visit to get results for stuff that weren’t true. The Tottenham managers fell for this and that i compensated.

    “When this stuff happen, it might be hard to defend yourself, fortunately at Valencia the management supported me.

    And today he’s being heavily backed within the transfer market with Tottenham signing six players to date this summer time.
