“Top Premier League Clubs Eyeing Arsenal’s Rising Star Ethan Nwaneri”

Ethan Nwaneri, the record-breaking Arsenal player, has not yet agreed to a new contract with the club, leading Manchester United, Manchester City, and Chelsea to prepare to make a move. Nwaneri made history earlier this season when he became the youngest ever player in the Premier League, playing for the Gunners in a win at Brentford in September at just 15 years old. Although he has only made one first-team appearance to date, the midfielder has continued to shine in the Arsenal youth teams, regularly turning out for the Under-21 and Under-18 sides. He is also performing well on the international stage, scoring for England against Croatia at the European Under-17 Championship last week in Hungary. Arsenal is keen to keep Nwaneri at the club, but he has not yet accepted their contract offer. His schoolboy registration finishes in June, and he can then sign scholarship forms before signing a professional contract when he turns 17 in March next year. With no agreement yet in place for after June, Chelsea and both Manchester clubs are circling to snap up the teenager. Arsenal Under-18 coach Jack Wilshere said of Nwaneri: “We all hope he stays because he’s an exceptional talent. As coaches, we don’t get involved and we don’t talk about that. I think we have to make it clear we don’t talk about that. Our job is to develop Ethan to help him when he goes with the first-team.”
