Suarez speaks up about reuniting with Messi at Inter Miami

Date:

Luis Suarez has addressed the rumors surrounding his potential move to Inter Miami, which would reunite him with Lionel Messi. The transfer would also bring back two-thirds of the iconic ‘MSN’ frontline, which included Neymar, who is currently with PSG. However, Suarez has denied the rumors and stated that he is happy at Gremio, where he signed just six months ago. He added that he has a contract with the Brazilian club until 2024. Suarez signed for Gremio due to its location, which borders Uruguay. Messi’s move to Inter Miami will see him earn £43 million per year, which equates to £830,000 per week. His salary will be paid in part by Adidas, Apple, and the rest of the MLS clubs. The lucrative financial package was made to dissuade Messi from joining a team in Saudi Arabia, which reportedly offered him £352 million per year. Sergio Busquets, another former Barcelona player, may also join Messi in Miami or move to Saudi Arabia, where he reportedly has an offer worth £16 million per year.
