Mo Salah was in action for Egypt, helping them to qualify for the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) with a 2-1 victory over Guinea. Salah set up Mahmoud Trezeguet for the equaliser just before half-time, before Mostafa Mohamed scored the winner after 79 minutes.
Liverpool Duo Disappoint in Nations League Semi-Final
Virgil van Dijk and Cody Gakpo both featured for the Netherlands in their Nations League semi-final against Croatia, but it ended in disappointment as they lost 4-2 after extra time.
