Former Manchester United player Roy Keane has joked that it would irritate him if Manchester City were to achieve a historic treble this season. Keane was part of Sir Alex Ferguson’s side that won the Premier League, FA Cup and Champions League in 1999. City are on track to emulate United’s feat after beating Sheffield United 3-0 in the FA Cup semi-final on Saturday. They also have the Premier League title race in their own hands and face holders Real Madrid in the Champions League semi-final. However, Keane warned that City still have a huge task ahead of them before they can reach the pinnacle of football, particularly in terms of Real Madrid.
