The former United midfielder, who was on punditry duty with Ian Wright and Joe Cole, said the Hammers were having a discussion “like they’re in Starbucks” and that they needed to “come with violence”.
Keane was also critical of West Ham’s spurned chances at both 0-0 and 1-0, comparing them to Tottenham. He said: “They come, they get a bit giddy, they have opportunities. It’s loads of teams – not just West Ham but the Spurs’ of this world. They come to Old Trafford, they have a little bit of possession, one or two chances, get all excited and end up getting beaten.”
