The tattoo is believed to reference his signature goal celebration, the “Pombo Dance”, which imitates a pigeon. However, Spurs fans have mocked the striker on social media, saying that he has “more tattoos than goals” this season. Richarlison had a difficult first season with Tottenham after signing for £50million from Everton last summer, only scoring three goals in 35 appearances and receiving more bookings for celebrating than goals scored.
