James has been ruled out after a scan on a hamstring problem, while Mount has a pelvic injury. Lampard revealed that James had a hamstring injury in the midweek game and will require minor surgery and a four-week recovery period for Mount. Chelsea are in advanced talks with former Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino to take charge, and Lampard said that the club has “big difficulties”.
