Manchester United has been presented with the opportunity to sign Takefusa Kubo from Real Sociedad, as the club has set a reasonable asking price. The Red Devils’ scouts have been closely monitoring the Japan international, having watched him play in seven matches this season and being impressed by his performances.

Kubo’s Journey to Sociedad

Kubo joined Sociedad from Real Madrid for a mere £5.5m after spending four years in Barcelona’s academy. While he has always shown promise, it was his move to the Basque region that allowed him to truly find his footing in Spanish football. Since joining Sociedad, Kubo has recorded 15 goals and 14 assists in 67 appearances, making him a beloved player among the fans.
