## Nat Phillips Could Leave Liverpool This Summer
Liverpool defender Nat Phillips could be on the move this summer, with the club reportedly looking for an eight-figure fee for the 26-year-old. Phillips has been linked with a move away from Anfield for the past two years, with interest from the Premier League, Championship, Serie A and Bundesliga.
### Interest from Leeds
The latest club to show interest in Phillips is newly-promoted Championship side Leeds United. The Yorkshire club are said to be keen on signing the centre-back, despite currently being without a manager or sporting director following the departures of Sam Allardyce and Victor Orta.
It is believed that Leeds’ potential new head coach, Daniel Farke, attempted to sign Phillips while at Norwich City. Liverpool are said to value Phillips at up to £10 million, although they have previously held out for around £15 million.
### Other Interest
Phillips has attracted interest from a host of other clubs in the past. Last January, an unnamed Premier League side saw a £7 million bid turned down, while Galatasaray were even claimed to be front-runners to sign him earlier this year. Benfica also attempted to secure a loan deal last summer.
### What’s Next for Phillips?
At 26, Phillips should be playing regular first-team football at this stage of his career. A move to Leeds would allow him to remain in the north, where he has family roots, while operating at a high level and potentially fighting for promotion to the Premier League. It remains to be seen whether Leeds would be able to afford him, however.
