Newcastle to Break Bank with Four Elite Signings Including Declan Rice

Reports suggest that Newcastle United is set to change its cautious approach to the summer transfer market by signing four “elite” players. The club’s owners had previously been cautious due to Financial Fair Play (FFP) rules, despite spending around £250 million across the last three transfer windows. However, the progress made under Eddie Howe has seen this plan scrapped.
