According to reports, Chelsea has taken the lead in negotiations to sign Brazilian striker Neymar, beating out Manchester United and Newcastle. PSG is facing a summer shake-up, with Sergio Ramos and Lionel Messi already confirmed to be leaving the French giants. Despite still having two years left on his contract, Neymar is open to moving on. While the 31-year-old was initially thought to prefer a move to Old Trafford, Chelsea officials have reportedly shown strong support for former PSG chief Mauricio Pochettino by opening negotiations for a mega move. Pochettino is also rumored to beat Arsenal to sign midfielder Moises Caicedo for £80 million. Meanwhile, Messi has been linked with a return to his old club Barcelona, as well as Saudi Arabian teams, while Ramos has announced his exit from PSG.
