Manchester City Set to Make History in FIFA Club World Cup Final
Manchester City has the opportunity to cap off their most successful year in history as they face Fluminese in the Club World Cup final.
In 2023, the Citizens achieved a historic treble by winning the Premier League, FA Cup, and Champions League, in addition to the UEFA Super Cup.
A victory over Fluminese, the Brazilian side and South American champions, in Saudi Arabia will secure their fifth trophy of the year and make them the last winners of the Club World Cup in its current format.
What time is kick-off?
The match will take place at the King Abdullah Sports City stadium in Jeddah on Friday, December 22nd, with kick-off at 6pm UK time.
If the scores are level after 90 minutes, the game will go into extra time. If the score remains tied after the additional half-hour, the final will be decided by a penalty shootout.
How to watch on TV in the UK:
The match will be broadcast live on TNT Sports 1, with coverage starting at 5:45pm. It can also be streamed live on the Discovery + app.
What are the latest odds?

When do Man City next play in the Premier League?
There will be little time for the Citizens to celebrate or recover after the final as they will be back in action in the Premier League in just five days. Pep Guardiola’s team will travel to face in-form Everton on Wednesday, December 27th.
City currently sits fourth in the league, behind Arsenal, Liverpool, and Aston Villa. Depending on other results, they could be 10 points off the top of the table by the time they arrive at Goodison Park.
