Jurgen Klopp’s side will face Fulham in the semi-final. The first leg will be held at Anfield on January 9/10, while the second leg will take place at Craven Cottage on January 23/24.
Fulham qualified for the semi-final by defeating Everton on penalties following a 1-1 draw.
The other semi-final tie will see Chelsea take on Middlesbrough.
This will be Liverpool’s second encounter with Fulham this season, with their previous meeting resulting in a thrilling 4-3 victory for Liverpool at Anfield. The reverse fixture in the league is scheduled for April.

The first leg of the semi-final will be played shortly after Liverpool’s FA Cup third-round trip to Arsenal in early January. There will be no match for Liverpool the following weekend (Jan 13/14).
The second leg will precede a potential FA Cup fourth-round tie for Liverpool, should they progress past Arsenal. It will also follow an away trip to Bournemouth in the Premier League.
First Leg: January 9/10
Second Leg: January 23/24
Notably, Liverpool will be without Mohamed Salah (Africa Cup of Nations) and Wataru Endo (Asia Cup) for the two semi-final matches.
The Final
The Carabao Cup final will take place at Wembley on February 25. Liverpool’s last appearance in the final was in 2022, where they emerged victorious against Chelsea after a goalless draw, winning on penalties.
