Jurgen Klopp has named an unchanged lineup for Liverpool’s final home game of the season against Aston Villa in the Premier League. The Reds need a win to keep their hopes of a top-four finish alive and have named a strong side, with Alisson looking for his fourth consecutive clean sheet behind a defence of Trent Alexander-Arnold, Ibrahima Konate, Virgil van Dijk and Andy Robertson. Fabinho makes his 30th league start of the season in midfield, alongside Jordan Henderson and Curtis Jones in more advanced roles, while Mohamed Salah, Luis Diaz and Cody Gakpo start in attack. Roberto Firmino is on the bench.
Aston Villa manager Unai Emery has made three changes, with Ashley Young, Alex Moreno and Emi Buendia surprisingly dropped for Matty Cash, Lucas Digne and Boubacar Kamara. The substitutes for both teams are:
Liverpool: Kelleher, Gomez, Matip, Tsimikas, Milner, Elliott, Carvalho, Jota, Firmino
Aston Villa: Olsen, Sinisalo, Young, Moreno, Dendoncker, Buendia, Traore, Duran, Ramsey
