Liverpool transfer target Jude Bellingham laughs as fan asks him to sign book about Reds star and England teammate Trent Alexander-Arnold during Borussia Dortmund training sessio

A funny exchange between Jude Bellingham and a fan wanting his autograph has sent Liverpool supporters into overdrive amid his links to Anfield.

The Borussia Dortmund starlet has been heavily linked with a move to Merseyside with Jurgen Klopp keen to bolster his midfield.

It has been claimed that Dortmund would be willing to part ways with the 19-year-old – if they receive an upfront payment of £100million.

Reds supporters speculated during the World Cup that Alexander-Arnold was looking to persuade Bellingham to join him in Merseyside after they developed a bromance in Qatar.

And Bellingham has played up the transfer talk as shown from a clip that has went viral from Anfield Edition.

Taking a break from training during Dortmund’s camp in Marbella, a fan approached the ex-Birmingham man for his signature.

He cheekily presented him with an Alexander-Arnold book – which Bellingham proceeded to sign while cracking up with laughter.

The incident will do little to stop rumours swirling over his future with Liverpool fans hopeful their club can secure Bellingham’s services.

Klopp is known to be a huge admirer of the teenager, with the German lauding Bellingham after his impressive displays in Qatar.

Speaking last month about whether Bellingham could prove to be too expensive for Liverpool, Klopp said: “I don’t like to talk about money when you talk about a player like him.

“Everyone can see he is just exceptional.

“If you mention to someone who has no clue about football: ‘How old do you think Jude Bellingham is?’

“I don’t think anyone would get even close to his age. They would say 28 or 29 because he plays so maturely.

“He played an exceptional World Cup. Absolutely exceptional.

“With all the things he has and things he can improve, to describe him I would say the things he can do are difficult to learn, and the things he can improve are easy to learn.

“He is a really good player. What can I say? I have thought that already for two or three years since he had his breakthrough at Dortmund.

“Everybody knew already but I have no idea what that means for the money side of it. I really think if we all want to do him a favour then we do not talk too much about money.

“I mean that from an England point of view. Do not throw any hurdles in his development.”
