Liverpool Considering Recall of Fabio Carvalho from RB Leipzig Loan
Liverpool is currently in talks with young talent Fabio Carvalho regarding his immediate future. The club is considering recalling him from his loan spell at RB Leipzig and potentially sending him out on another loan elsewhere.
Since joining the German club on a short-term switch from Anfield, Carvalho has struggled to make an impact. He has only made one start in the Bundesliga and has failed to score or leave a lasting impression. The 21-year-old has made a total of 12 appearances in all competitions.
According to The Athletic, Liverpool is unlikely to bring Carvalho back to play for the club for the remainder of the season. However, if they decide to end his loan spell in Germany, he will be loaned out to another club.
RB Leipzig will begin their winter break on December 19th, and a decision regarding Carvalho’s future is expected to be made at that time. Despite his lack of success, Leipzig boss Marco Rose has expressed interest in continuing to work with Carvalho for the rest of the season. He believes that Carvalho has potential and needs to seize the opportunities given to him.
