Crystal Palace Up Next for Liverpool as They Aim to Maintain Winning Streak

Liverpool FC is set to face Crystal Palace in their next match as they strive to continue their winning streak and put pressure on their rivals at the top of the table.

In their recent game against Sheffield United, Liverpool didn’t perform at their best, but they managed to secure a victory and keep a clean sheet, ensuring a positive atmosphere as the busy festive schedule approaches.

Injury Concerns for Liverpool

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp will have to navigate the match without several key senior players as they go head-to-head with former Liverpool boss Roy Hodgson at Selhurst Park.

One more setback occurred before the win at Bramall Lane, with Alexis Mac Allister being substituted early due to a knee cut. Klopp expressed concern about the injury, stating that it “doesn’t look good.”

Additionally, Joel Matip may have played his last game for Liverpool this season after suffering an ACL tear. Diogo Jota is still recovering from a hamstring injury and will miss the upcoming match, while Alisson has a chance of being involved after returning to training.

Thiago and Stefan Bajcetic are still out as they recover from hip and adductor issues, respectively. Andy Robertson will also have to wait until after Christmas to make his return from a dislocated shoulder injury.
