Leeds United face Crystal Palace in Australia this week as both sides continue preparing for the upcoming Premier League campaign.
The Whites have several new players to integrate after quickly replacing Raphinha and Kalvin Phillips.
Meanwhile, Palace will still be without many top stars due to their vaccination status and other unspecified reasons.
But this should give more of Patrick Vieira’s squad a chance to impress the Frenchman.
Their recent games against Liverpool and Manchester United ended in defeat for the Eagles, but they are more likely to be competing with Leeds this year.
Therefore, this tie should be a great test for both sides as the new Premier League season edges closer and closer.

Leeds v Crystal Palace: Team news
The Eagles will be without Wilfried Zaha, Marc Guehi, Jeffrey Schlupp, Michael Olise, Eberechi Eze, Will Hughes, Christian Benteke, Nathan Ferguson and Luke Plange for this clash.
You would argue that seven of those are definitely in Vieira’s first-team plans this year, so to be without them is a blow.
Vieira said: “It is not the ideal situation for a manager to have so many players behind.
“It is important to understand players have stayed behind for different reasons. We are not going to talk about the private situation of players and whether they are vaccinated or not. Some players stayed behind because they needed to have more training and play more games.
Meanwhile, Leeds are waiting to see if Archie Gray will be available after he was on the receiving end of a brutal tackle from John McGinn in Leeds’ last friendly.
But they will definitely be without Liam Cooper as he struggles with an Achilles injury.
Leeds v Crystal Palace: What has been said?
Leeds United boss Jesse Marsch said: “It’s good to have some new players, of course we have already had Kalvin (and Raphinha) leaving, but they are good players to complete the team.
“It’s good to see some new faces in the club and in the changing room.
“Now we are a bigger roster, it’s better, we have good players and everyone has arrived with a fresh mentality after holidays and to come here (to Australia) is good for us and the club. It’s different than last season.
Crystal Palace gaffer Patrick Vieira said after the defeat to Manchester United: “I think on the three goals that we conceded we should defend better.
“There is some pictures that we have to look at again, but when you look at the individual talent of that team, we knew that it would be tough and difficult.
“But we had a couple of chances and I believed that we could score goals, and I was really happy with the attitude we showed.”
