Meanwhile, Frank Lampard has praised Koulibaly’s impact during his stint as caretaker manager, although the Senegal international is now set to miss the rest of the season due to injury. ‘I’ve been impressed with him as a professional,’ Lampard said. ‘He’s doing his job very well, but unfortunately the injury was a tough one.’
