Jules Kounde is reportedly seeking a move away from Barcelona after just one season at the Camp Nou. The French defender was a top target for Chelsea last summer, but Barcelona swooped in to sign him instead. However, Kounde is unhappy with his role at Barcelona and fears his chances could be further reduced by the arrival of Inigo Martinez. The La Liga champions believe Chelsea could be interested in signing Kounde this summer and are hopeful of securing a transfer fee higher than the €55million they paid Sevilla last year. Chelsea have already signed Kalidou Koulibaly and Wesley Fofana, as well as bringing in Benoit Badiashile in January, but youngster Levi Colwill has impressed on loan at Brighton and is set to be handed a role in the senior squad next season.
