Joao Felix trained with his new Chelsea teammates for the first time on Wednesday.
The Portuguese international has signed for the Blues on loan from Atletico Madrid for the rest of the season.
Felix is Chelsea’s fourth addition in the January transfer window so far as they look to improve their stuttering campaign.
Despite his arrival only being announced at Wednesday lunchtime, the 23-year-old has already appeared in training at Cobham.
The Blues have been making their preparations for their short trip to fellow west London side Fulham on Thursday night.
Graham Potter’s new forward was at the heart of the action on the training pitch, with a potential club debut on the cards at Craven Cottage.
Should he feature against Fulham, then Chelsea fans will be able to see him don the no.11 jersey.
It’s a number most recently worn by Timo Werner, with club legends Didier Drogba and Dennis Wise also sporting it in the past.
Felix joins a Chelsea side who currently sit tenth in the Premier League table after 17 games.
The Blues have just one win in four matches across all competitions since they returned to club football following the World Cup.
Chelsea are already out of both the FA Cup and Carabao Cup due to losses to Manchester City.
Three points on Thursday night are a must for Potter and his side, with Felix hoping he can make an instant impact for his new club.
