Jamal Musiala has no desire to join Liverpool from Bayern Munich
Liverpool have been linked with a move for Bayern Munich star Jamal Musiala, but the 20-year-old has no desire to leave the German champions.
Jurgen Klopp’s side are reportedly monitoring Musiala as a ‘possible top replacement’ for Mohamed Salah in 2024, with the Egyptian under contract until 2025.
That has seen the Reds scout for possible replacements, with Bayern star Leroy Sane thought to be one of their options.
But Liverpool are also believed to be looking at Sane’s Bayern team-mate Musiala.
Who is Jamal Musiala?
Musiala joined Bayern four years ago from Chelsea and has massively impressed during his time with the German champions.
The 20-year-old registered 12 goals and 13 assists across 33 games in the Bundesliga last term, helping Bayern secure the German top-flight title.
Musiala has knocked up 25 international caps for Germany, having previously represented England U21s.
Musiala’s stance on joining Liverpool
The bad news for Klopp’s men is that Musiala has no desire to leave Bayern and a move to Anfield is ‘absolutely unlikely’ at this moment in time, according to reports.
It is claimed that Musiala would instead prefer a move to Real Madrid or Manchester City should he decide to leave Bayern in the next few years.
Conclusion
