Inter Milan vs Barcelona LIVE: Stream, TV channel, kick-off time as Lewandowski STARTS huge Champions League match

Good evening from the San Siro

Hello football fans and welcome back to Champions League football!

After a long and dreary international break, European nights are back, and tonight we have a cracker for you.

3-time Champions League winners Inter Milan host Barcelona, who have lifted the ‘Old Big Ears’ 5 times in their history.

This evening contest will be crucial to see who will progress into the knockout stages, with Bayern Munich seemingly running away with it at the top of Group C.

Inter’s record against today’s opponents won’t inspire confidence, with fans having to cast their minds back to 2010 when they last recorded a win over the Spanish giants. Although the win subsequently led them to Champions League glory, beating Bayern in the final 2-0. Supporters will hope a win this evening could mark a similar fate.

If their league form is anything to by, Inter could be in trouble this evening. Simone Inzaghi’s side sit in ninth place in Serie A after back-to-back defeats against Udinese and Roma. Meanwhile, Barcelona’s narrow 1-0 win over Mallorca leaves them top of La Liga.

Xavi has set a record best unbeaten start away from home in La Liga history, remaining undefeated on the road. Although their European record has been less impressive, losing three of their last four away games in the Champions League.

The action is scheduled for 20:00 in Milan and we will have all the team news and gossip here as we build up to kick-off.
