According to former Chelsea player Glen Johnson, the club must secure the signing of Joao Felix this summer, beating out competition from Manchester United. The Portuguese forward is currently on loan at Chelsea from Atletico Madrid, and while he has only scored two goals at Stamford Bridge, his overall performances have been impressive. Felix has made it clear that he wants to stay in England, but his price tag of around £90m could make complying with Financial Fair Play rules difficult for Chelsea, who have already spent £600m across the last two transfer windows. However, Johnson believes that Felix is a game-changer and a luxury that Chelsea should keep, especially if a Premier League rival like Manchester United comes in for him. Chelsea will need to offload several players this summer to raise funds for transfers, including Mateo Kovacic, Hakim Ziyech, Kalidou Koulibaly, Mason Mount, Christian Pulisic, and Callum Hudson-Odoi.
