Gareth Southgate, the manager of the England national football team, has not only shown great leadership on the pitch but also off the pitch with his property company, MAS Investment Holdings. The company specializes in the buying and selling of real estate and has seen a significant increase in its assets over the past year.
According to the recently filed accounts, MAS Investment Holdings has seen its holdings grow from £1.2 million to £3.7 million in the year ending April 30. Gareth Southgate, along with his wife Alison, manages the company, which currently owns 11 buy-to-let properties.
The company recently acquired a £305,000 apartment in Birmingham, adding to its existing portfolio of four flats in the city.
Gareth Southgate, who earns £3 million a year as the manager of the England national team, owns a 50% stake in MAS Investment Holdings. Alison holds a ten per cent stake, while their two grown-up children each have a 20% stake in the company.

Known for his meticulous planning and astute decision-making, Gareth Southgate has proven to be not just a successful football manager but also a savvy businessman. His property company returned a profit of £65,962 in its property dealings over the past year.
In addition to his property ventures, Southgate also owns an image rights firm called FHS Promotions.

Gareth Southgate has led the England national team to great success in recent years. Under his management, England reached the semi-finals of the 2018 World Cup and the quarter-finals of the 2022 World Cup. The team also made it to the final of the Euro 2020, narrowly losing to Italy in a penalty shootout at Wembley.
Southgate’s contract with the Football Association runs until the end of 2024, and his continued success both on and off the pitch is a testament to his exceptional leadership skills.
