Reports suggest that Joao Felix is currently in a state of uncertainty after Chelsea rejected the chance to sign him on a permanent deal. The Atletico Madrid star moved to Stamford Bridge on loan for £10million in January, but new boss Mauricio Pochettino has declined the option to retain him. Atleti are now looking to sell Felix, who has struggled for form and fallen out with manager Diego Simeone. It is believed that the 23-year-old may have to settle for a move to Aston Villa or Wolves, with the latter being facilitated by his agent Jorge Mendes’ strong relationship with the club. Newcastle and Galatasaray have also been linked with the Portuguese star.
