# Everton’s Search for Goals Continues After Wolves Defeat
Everton boss Sean Dyche has called on his players to take responsibility in goal-scoring positions after the Toffees lost 1-0 at home to Wolverhampton Wanderers, leaving them without a point or goal after three games.
The defeat to Wolves was a bitter pill to swallow for Everton, who had looked the more likely to score in the first half. However, it was Wolves who grabbed the late winner, leaving Everton still searching for their first goal of the season.
## Dyche Calls for More Responsibility in Goal-Scoring Positions
Speaking after the game, Dyche said: “We need to take responsibility in goal-scoring positions. We had some good chances and we need to be more clinical in front of goal.”
The Toffees have now gone three games without scoring a goal, and Dyche knows his side must start taking their chances if they are to turn their fortunes around. He added: “We have to keep creating chances and make sure we take them when they come.”
## Everton’s Search for Goals Continues
Everton have been struggling for goals since the start of the season, and their lack of firepower has been a major cause for concern. The Toffees have only scored four goals in their last 10 Premier League games, and they are yet to find the back of the net this season.
The Toffees have also failed to score in their last three games, and they are now in danger of slipping further down the table if they don’t start finding the back of the net soon.
