Everton Comeback to Beat Reading 3-2

Date:

Everton produced a stunning second-half comeback to beat Reading 3-2 in the Women’s Super League. After a goalless first half, Reading took the lead early in the second period through Brooke Chaplen. However, Everton responded with three goals in quick succession from Chloe Kelly, Lucy Graham and Simone Magill to turn the game on its head. Reading did pull one back late on through Fara Williams, but it wasn’t enough to prevent Everton from claiming all three points.
