Erik ten Hag recommends Kobbie Mainoo for Manchester United first team alongside Alejandro Garnacho.

Date:

Erik ten Hag, the manager of Manchester United, has expressed his belief that Kobbie Mainoo will soon break into the club’s first team. This comes after Alejandro Garnacho signed a new five-year deal with the club earlier this week, following a successful breakthrough campaign. Garnacho has scored five goals and provided six assists in 31 appearances this season, making him the latest in a long line of academy graduates to make the grade at Old Trafford. Ten Hag, who was discussing the culture of promoting youth at the club, revealed that Mainoo is on his way to the first team, but emphasized that talent alone is not enough and players must deserve their place through hard work and dedication.
