Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag wants more action in the transfer market before the window closes, hoping for two more signings this summer. It has been a successful summer so far for the Red Devils who have brought in Mason Mount, Andre Onana and Rasmus Hojlund, along with re-signing Jonny Evans on a short-term deal.

Ten Hag wants two more signings, though, with Fiorentina midfielder Sofyan Amrabat and Nice centre-back Jean-Clair Todibo the key targets, reports The Independent. Amrabat has been pursued for much of the summer and the player is thought to be keen on a move to Old Trafford but a deal is yet to be done.

23-year-old Todibo is a target to add competition and back-up for first choice centre-backs Raphael Varane and Lisandro Martinez, but no bid has been made yet for the former Barcelona defender.

The Red Devils are looking to move on a number of players before the transfer window closes and it may be that those deals need to be done before the final two arrivals can be secured. United are open to letting Fred, Donny van de Beek, Scott McTominay and Harry Maguire leave in the coming days, which would fund the deals for Amrabat and Todibo.

Fulham have been chasing Fred, Real Sociedad linked with Van de Beek and West Ham have already made bids for Maguire and McTominay, but they have been turned down as the Red Devils want more than the £60m offered for the pair. Talks are also ongoing with Nottingham Forest over a possible move for goalkeeper Dean Henderson, while Anthony Martial is believed to be available for transfer but there has been no firm interest in the French forward.
