Dundee’s Scottish Premiership Match Postponed Due to Waterlogged Pitch
Dundee’s scheduled Scottish Premiership match against St Johnstone has been postponed due to a waterlogged pitch at Dens Park.
Morning Inspection Reveals Unplayable Conditions
Following overnight rainfall, a morning inspection was conducted at Dens Park to assess the condition of the pitch. Unfortunately, the inspection revealed that the pitch was waterlogged, making it unsuitable for play.
Both Dundee and St Johnstone are not scheduled to play again until after the Premiership winter break.
Other Matches Still Scheduled
Despite the postponement of the Dundee-St Johnstone match, four other top-flight games and five matches in the Championship are still scheduled to take place on Tuesday at 15:00 GMT.
In addition, St Mirren will be hosting Celtic in a Premiership match at 17:00.
