Manchester United’s right-back Diogo Dalot has signed a new contract with the club until 2028. The Portugal international has made 107 appearances for the Red Devils since joining in 2018 and has been a key player under manager Erik ten Hag this season, making 42 appearances. United finished third in the Premier League this season and won the Carabao Cup, their first major silverware in six years. They face Manchester City in the FA Cup final on Saturday. Dalot said he was “at the start of a special journey” with the club and was committed to helping the team achieve its aims.
