DAVID BROOKS required the very first steps on the path to full fitness after winning his combat cancer.
The Bournemouth winger, 24, was area of the club’s pre-season physical testing on Saturday.
Brooks was diagnosed with stage two Hodgkin lymphoma last October but is eyeing a comeback within the year.
