Cristiano Ronaldo endured a frustrating game as Al-Nassr were beaten 2-0 by Al-Hilal on Tuesday evening. The former Manchester United and Real Madrid forward was booked by Premier League referee Michael Oliver for grabbing Gustavo Cuellar in a headlock, and had a goal disallowed during the game. As he made his way off the pitch, Ronaldo was greeted by huge jeers and chants of, ‘Messi, Messi’ from the Al-Hilal fans. Instead of ignoring the chants, the 38-year-old grabbed and shook his genitals whilst walking towards the tunnel, which could now lead to disciplinary action. Odion Ighalo scored two penalties to seal Al-Hilal’s win over Al-Nassr.
Since joining Al-Nassr on a free transfer from Manchester United in December, Ronaldo has scored 11 goals in as many league appearances. He was allowed to join the Saudi Arabian club after United terminated his contract off the back of his interview with Piers Morgan in which he slammed the club and manager Erik ten Hag.
