Chelsea’s opening bid for Raheem Sterling has been turned down by Man City, according to reports.

The Blues are said to have offered £21million plus add-ons for the England winger.

However, Fabrizio Romano has said that has been turned down.

Chelsea have reportedly told Inter they are ready to accept an £8.6million loan fee for Romelu Lukaku, according to reports.

Fabrizio Romano has the lowdown on the deal, which he revealed on Twitter.

He wrote: “More on Romelu Lukaku deal. Talks are at final stages as reported today, as Chelsea told Inter they are ready to accept the following conditions: €10m loan fee plus add-ons.”

He added: “Inter are just waiting for owners to give the final ‘green light”.

Chelsea target Gleison Bremer has revealed he is desperate to leave Torino and was promised he would get the opportunity to move to a bigger club.
