“Chelsea demand £20m for Burnley loanee Ian Maatsen in ongoing talks”

Burnley is continuing their pursuit of Ian Maatsen, who had an impressive season with the club as they won promotion to the Premier League. Chelsea is holding out for £20m for the 21-year-old left-back, who made 42 appearances and scored four goals during his loan spell with Burnley. Burnley has already made a bid of £15m plus add-ons, but Chelsea has turned it down as they hold out for a higher price.
