The 10-year-old son of former Manchester United star Edinson Cavani, Lucas, is currently undergoing trials at Napoli in the hopes of following in his father’s footsteps and becoming a footballer. Cavani himself played for the Italian club between 2010 and 2013, scoring 104 goals in 138 appearances. His son is a big supporter of Napoli and could potentially become a future star for the Scudetto champions. Cavani has expressed that he wants his son to have fun and be happy during the tryouts, as that is the true meaning of sport. Lucas and his 12-year-old brother Bautista were both born while Cavani was playing for Napoli, and their mother is his ex-wife Maria. The family is known to be passionate about the club, with the children even knowing all the chants. Cavani himself currently plays for Valencia in Spain after leaving Manchester United last summer. He has praised Napoli player Victor Osimhen, who has been linked with a move to Manchester United, stating that he has incredible hunger and could become one of the strongest players in the world. Napoli is reportedly unlikely to sell Osimhen for less than £100million this summer.
