Arsenal have been dealt a huge injury blow ahead of their upcoming clash with Manchester City after Bukayo Saka was forced off against Lens in the Champions League.

The 19-year-old winger had to be subbed off in the 34th minute of Tuesday’s match due to an apparent hamstring injury.

Saka has been one of Arsenal’s most consistent performers this season, scoring two goals and providing five assists in all competitions. He has been a key part of Mikel Arteta’s side, and his absence will be a major blow for the Gunners.

The extent of the injury is not yet known, but it is likely to keep Saka out of action for at least a few weeks. This means he is likely to miss Arsenal’s upcoming fixtures against Manchester City, Leeds United and Wolverhampton Wanderers.

It is a huge setback for Arsenal, who are already without the likes of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, David Luiz and Gabriel Martinelli. The Gunners have been struggling for form in recent weeks, and Saka’s absence will only make matters worse.

Arsenal will now have to find a way to cope without Saka in their upcoming fixtures. The Gunners will be hoping that the injury is not too serious and that Saka can return to action as soon as possible.

In the meantime, Arsenal will have to make do without the winger and hope that their other players can step up in his absence.
