Jude Bellingham’s incredible start to his Real Madrid career continued on Saturday, scoring two more goals in a 4-0 win over Osasuna. The England international scored the first two of the comfortable victory at the Santiago Bernabeu, before Vinicius Jr and Joselu wrapped up the win.

Things could scarcely have gone better for Bellingham since his summer arrival from Borussia Dortmund, now taking his tally to 10 goals in his first 10 games for the Spanish giants. That matches the tally that Cristiano Ronaldo managed in his first 10 outings for Real Madrid, so it is very good company that the 20-year-old is keeping.

The Englishman’s goals have played a big part in Carlo Ancelotti’s side soaring to the top of the La Liga table, winning eight of their first nine games. Speaking after the 3-2 win at Napoli in the Champions League in midweek, during which Bellingham scored another superb goal, Ancelotti admitted he can scarcely believe his tender age.

Ancelotti’s Praise for Bellingham

‘What is surprising about Bellingham is that he is only 20. It feels like he’s 30,’ said the Italian of the outstanding midfielder. ‘For his character, his personality. He is always focused on the match, he knows what he needs to do, and this is rare in a 20-year-old player. Then you have all his quality, his physical strength, his skills. It is surprising, we are all a bit surprised’

Bellingham’s form has been a major factor in Real Madrid’s success this season and it looks like they have a real star on their hands. With 10 goals in 10 games, it looks like he is well on his way to becoming one of the best players in Europe.

It will be interesting to see how he develops over the next few years and if he can continue to produce such impressive performances for Real Madrid. For now though, it looks like Jude Bellingham is loving life at Real Madrid and long may it continue!
